Why I Buy Bottled Drinking Water

September 03, 2011

Not all tap water are safe to drink these days. Occasionally, we see reports in the news of contaminating agents like bacteria or toxic metals in public water supply. So for safety, I’ve switched to bottled drinking water at home. From where I live, a month supply of fresh drinking water won’t cost an arm and leg at all. I actually just had new water delivery yesterday. I usually place the minimum order 2 gallons (for only $2) each time and that should last me roughly 2 months as well since I got no one to consume it with me but myself.

No, I don’t only buy bottled water for convenience. I see buying and storing water as also a form of advance preparation for possible emergencies that may affect water availability or safety.
