The best of weekends
Weekend is here and guess what… it’s general house cleaning time once again. And really why am I calling it general cleaning? Well because it is the only time of the week where I can gather enough time to get my humble little place back in order after long weekdays of just gluing myself to the internet trying to make a living and doing none of the house chores except dishes. Yea, I always have to keep my dishes clean and safe. Otherwise, I will suffer.
Though I am just a working-at-home mom, I don’t really set myself apart from everybody else out there who is making a living on a daily basis. So when it’s time to work, I work and when weekend comes, I try to rest… but that’s after I get all my chores done. Thankfully, I have a house that is kind of easy to maintain while keeping my not so many home decor pieces and other stuffs around in place doesn’t have to take long hours for me to do.
I love weekends. It is the best time for me to pay attention to about everything… my life… my goals, and yes that includes my wants, lol! And speaking of personal wants, it is where my imagination starts to run wild – when I’m all alone and I catch myself staring at my half empty place. Such scenario fuels up my working energy.
This time I’m aiming for a new corner set and few pair of sheer curtains. These according to home design experts help make small living room to look a bit bigger. Great! But that’s it. Everything has to wait till I make enough to take them all home which I hope is going to be soon.

Weekends are the perfect time to touch base with your true self. With our busy schedule during weekdays, we moms tend to forget who we really are.
I do love designing the house but not much cleaning it lol. Weekends…I always look forward to them!
