been a stressful week

September 04, 2010

I've been frequenting to the hospital these past two weeks. My sister suffered from HADD (hydroxyapatite deposition disease) - a disorder characterized by calcium deposit within the tendons of the rotator cuff. Given that situation, I had to accompany her all through out her visits to the hospital for check ups.

My tolerance when it comes to places like hospitals is really poor. I hate the ambiance and looking at different sick people makes me feel crazy too at times.

I must admit I felt really nervous looking at my sister's condition at first. With her left arm frozen, her back all numb, I could have thought she is going disabled already. But I had to stay positive for her.

Thankfully, the laboratory test results requested to her turned out all normal and what she had to go through with her left arm is nothing serious and will heal in time.

At this moment, she's already  in improved condition and is looking forward to go back to work again hopefully by Monday next week.
